Navigating the Portfolio Interface
Portfolio introduction
The following information will help you understand your PassiveLogic account:
PassiveLogic account: When a new account is created, one portfolio and one project are also automatically created for you. These are displayed in the left menu, called the portfolio hierarchy window. A portfolio is like a folder to contain your projects. You can create or rename portfolios or projects at any time.
Note: If the portfolio hierarchy menu is hidden, locate the dragger, which is eight black dots in the lower left corner of the screen.
To open the portfolio hierarchy menu, click the dragger, or drag it to the right.
Building scans: If you have scanned a building in the Lens iOS app, the portfolios and buildings you named in Lens will appear here as well, with each building as a new project.
Organization: Portfolio automatically creates an organization with your account as the only member. You can share any of your individual projects, but you need to contact your PassiveLogic representative for access to creating shared organizations.
User interaction: For descriptions of Portfolio user interface elements and their purposes, see the Portfolio Quick Reference Guide (PDF).
